Quinoa Pasta with Crushed Garlic, Marinara Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
Boil Noodles al dente for 9 minutes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al_dente)
*caution: this pasta sticks like crazy. I had to periodically stir it more than regular pasta so it cooked evenly without clumping.
Drain and drizzle 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Mix in 1tbsp of crushed garlic
Add about 2.5 cups of organic marinara sauce (mine was from trader joes of course)
Mix with gentle love and care...
Sprinkled on parmesan cheese
This was good. I really like making pasta, al dente of course. I was curious as to how quinoa pasta would taste and it is not much different than regular semolina pasta.
